The best option comes down to how much hands-on support you feel you need and how quickly you want to see results.

Program Coaching is a great starting point if you're self-motivated, comfortable training independently, and looking for a structured plan to follow at your own pace.

Level 1 Coaching is ideal if you want the reassurance of regular face-to-face coaching to check in on your progress, refine your technique, and keep you accountable without a huge time commitment.

Level 2 Coaching is best suited to those who want to fast-track their results, prefer more hands-on guidance, or are newer to training and want that extra support and structure to build confidence.

Absolutely, you're not locked into one option forever. Life changes, and your training support should be able to change with it.

If you find you want more hands-on coaching as your goals evolve, upgrading to a higher level is straightforward. Equally, if your schedule shifts and you need to scale back, downgrading is just as easy.

Changes between levels can be made at the end of any billing cycle.

Before anything else, we start with a consultation to get a clear picture of your goals, your current fitness level, your schedule, and any injuries or limitations to be aware of. From there, I build a program specifically around you, not a template, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

Your program will include everything you need to train with confidence, exercises, sets, reps, and guidance on how to perform each movement correctly. It's designed to progress over time, so as you get stronger and fitter, your program evolves with you.

You'll receive your program through my training app, where you can access your sessions, track your progress, and stay connected. If anything isn't working or life gets in the way, I'm here to make adjustments so you're always moving in the right direction.

Yes, all programs require a minimum term of 13 weeks. This is in place because real, lasting results take time, and a minimum term ensures you have the structure and consistency needed to see meaningful progress.

Life happens, and I understand that work trips, illness, or unexpected commitments are all part of the reality of life. That's why there is some flexibility built in, while still making sure you get the results you came for.

Within your initial 13-week term, a one week pause is available. Any paused time is added to the end of your minimum term, so your full 13 weeks of support and progress are always protected.

After your minimum term, greater flexibility is available for those continuing on.
